We are delighted to be hosting a series of three coaching sessions using our new resource: Children’s Faith: A Whole Church Approach to Family Ministry.
The sessions will take place on the following dates:
- Thursday 18 April
- Wednesday 22 May
- Wednesday 12 June
One ticket will cover you for all three sessions.
We are really looking forward to coming together to explore this brand-new Kitchen Table Project resource, which we pray will help you and your team to develop and strengthen your family ministry.
In each session, we will work through one of the three questions – why, what and how – and then you’ll have a month between the sessions for you to go away and work the content out in your context.
Session 1: Why does this matter – Why a whole church approach?
Session 2: Journeying together – What does your children and family ministry currently look like?
Session 3: Moving forwards – How will you implement cultural change in your church community?
The sessions will be a combination of training time together and breakout rooms, where you will be able to join with other church leaders to share ideas and discuss how you could use the development tools in your settings.
After our time together you will:
- Feel confident to begin conversations with your leadership team, which will help you to develop your children and family ministry.
- Be inspired to identify why developing children and family ministry is important to you.
- Have confidence to be able to use the development tools to assess what your children and family ministry currently looks like and what you would like it to be.
- Come away with tangible ideas that will help you to involve the whole church and bring about the cultural change you would like to see.
If you book before Monday 8 April we will send you the Children’s Faith: A Whole Church Approach to Family Ministry coaching booklet by post before our first session, so you can use it during our time together. For bookings made after this date we will post out your printed copy of the booklet after the first event. We will be emailing everyone before the first coaching session with a link to the digital version of the booklet too.
These events will be hosted on Zoom and the login details will be sent to you the day before each of the events.
